1.a Applicant first contact
Should you make contact with us as a job applicant via email or by using our online application platform, the data you submit will be filed in our system and an applicant profile created. We would like to ask you to make sure that you only submit data required for the application process, for the easier and effective processing of your application on our part, but also for the protection of your personal data. Should we require additional application documents, we will get in touch with you directly.
Should you have created an application profile on a social media platform to initiate business contacts, such as Xing, LinkedIn, Stepstone or Karriere.at or we receive your contact from our business environment as a recommendation based on your interests, we are entitled to process the personal data you have published on these platforms for the purpose of contacting you, if your profile meets our candidate requirements. We are entitled to do this out of the overriding interest resulting from the use of such social media platforms. We can only use the data categories that you have published, such as contact data and uploaded CVs.
The purpose of making contact is to store and file your contact in our system in order to start an application process in the future. By sending us your data, we assume that you agree to this kind of processing. However, you can withdraw your consent at any time by sending a message to dataprotection@today-experts.com.
Should there be direct contact, processing is carried out using applications from HR4YOU AG (Ulbarger Straße 52, 26629 Großefehn/Timmel, Germany) and Microsoft Corporation (Microsoft Corporation, One Microsoft Way, Redmond, WA 98052-6399, USA). This is why your data will be transferred to their servers. In the case of Microsoft Corporation, your data might be transferred to the USA and be protected by Privacy Shield. We have contracts for processing customer data with both companies in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR.
The data processed will be stored for a maximum period of six (6) months in our system and subsequently deleted, except if you wish to leave your data in our talent pool beyond this period. We will also stop processing or delete your data on your request.
You have no obligation to submit data to us, however, we will not be able to consider you for any application processes and offer you our services without the data.
You can access your processed data at any time. To do this, send a request for accessing our HR4YOU login via email to dataprotection@today-experts.com.
1.b Application process
Once we add your profile to our system as requested, your information on your suitability, such as qualifications, skills and work experience, will be used in a first step to assess whether your profile meets the required qualifications for the vacant position(s). If we consider you to be a suitable candidate for our recommendation, we will pass on your data to our customer so that our client can take a closer look at our recommendation. There is no automated evaluation of your data.
The purpose of the application procedure is to initiate a contract with the candidate. Based on your decision to contact us, we assume you consent to the processing of your data or we will request your express consent in the course of the application process. However, you can withdraw your consent at any time by sending a message to dataprotection@today-experts.com.
The processing during the application procedure is carried out using applications from HR4YOU AG (Ulbarger Straße 52, 26629 Großefehn/Timmel, Germany) and Microsoft Corporation (Microsoft Corporation, One Microsoft Way, Redmond, WA 98052-6399, USA). This is why your data will be transferred to their servers. In the case of Microsoft Corporation, your data might be transferred to the USA and be protected by Privacy Shield. We have contracts for processing customer data with both companies in line with Art. 28 GDPR. Further recipients are – in the cases mentioned above – customers of TODAY-Experts GmbH and TODAY Experts Oberösterreich GmbH

1.c TODAY Experts Talent Pool
We will keep your application documents in the TODAY Experts Talent Pool based on your request and the consent given to us. This way, you authorize us to keep your data on record beyond the six-month storage period and we can consider you for application processes for vacant posts on a continuous basis. We will inform you via email or a personal phone call about job offers that would be suitable for you.
The purpose of the TODAY Experts Talent Pool is to keep your application data on record and, thus, the possibility to consider you for a suitable post. The legal basis for this is the consent given to us by you in the declaration of consent. However, you can withdraw your consent at any time by sending a message to dataprotection@today-experts.com.
The data processing is carried out using applications from HR4YOU AG (Ulbarger Straße 52, 26629 Großefehn/Timmel, Germany) and Microsoft Corporation (Microsoft Corporation, One Microsoft Way, Redmond, WA 98052-6399, USA). This is why your data will be transferred to their servers. In the case of Microsoft Corporation, your data might be transferred to the USA and be protected by Privacy Shield.

2. Contact outside the application process
In all other cases of contact, the data you submitted will be filed and processed in our system. We will use this data exclusively to answer your requests. Should we contact you based on published contact data, such as your company website, social media platforms or other such media, we will do this out of overriding interest.
The purpose of the processing is to collect information, process applications or other information, such as about the TODAY Experts GmbH service range, based on your consent when you contact us.

3. Website-related processing
3.a Website
We use content or services offered by third parties as part of our online services based on our legitimate interests (i.e. interests in the analysis, optimization and commercial operation of our online services pursuant to Art. 6 Para. 1 letter f GDPR) to include their content and services, such as videos or fonts (subsequently referred to as “content”). This always entails that the third parties receive the user’s IP address, as they cannot send the content to the user’s browser without the IP address. As a result, the IP address is required for displaying the content. We will endeavor to only use such content the providers of which only use the IP address to deliver the said content. Third parties may also use so-called pixel tags (invisible graphics, aka “web beacons”) for statistical or marketing purposes. Pixel tags are used to analyze information such as the traffic on this website. This pseudonymous information may be stored as cookies on the user’s device and include technical information on the browser and operating system, referring websites, time spent on the site and other information on the use of our online services, but can also be connected to such information from other sources.

3.b Google Analytics
Google Analytics uses your IP address and leaves cookies, text files stored on your computer, and enables the analysis of your use of the website. We use the add-in “_anonymizeIp()”. This processes IP addresses in shortened form.
The purpose of processing is the improvement of user experience and the statistical analysis of user behavior based on legitimate interests.
The data collected will be transferred to LLC (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway Mountain View, CA 94043, USA) in the USA and be protected by Privacy Shield and will be stored in pseudonymized form for 26 months.
You can prevent the storage of cookies on your computer by changing the settings of your browser software; however, we must inform you that you might not be able to use all the functions available on the website should this be the case. 3.c HR4You Login
As an applicant, you will be granted access to our HR system HR4YOU and your personal data set on request via an interface on our website. There, you can administrate and update your data yourself or even delete it, if you should wish to do so. A data log with your status and login times will be recorded.
The purpose of the processing is to enable the transparent handling of your data, based on your consent.
Processing requires a data transfer to HR4YOU AG (Ulbarger Straße 52, 26629 Großefehn/Timmel, Germany), which provides this service.
Keeping a record of the data log is required for processing, otherwise the user account cannot be created.
4. Your rights
You are entitled to information on data processing, and should any incorrect or incomplete data be processed, you can request correction or, if there is no sufficient reason for processing, you can request your data be deleted. You have also the right to restrict individual or all data processing to check or completely oppose it, if it can be deemed unacceptable for special reasons in your specific situation. Should you want to have your data transferred to another party, you can claim your right to data portability. You can withdraw your consent or declaration of consent at any time.
